Food is where it all began

Trevor began his strategic change career in the complex and chaotic foodservice industry.

He was employed by Qantas Catering for over a decade. In his most recent role, Trevor led, designed and delivered departmental change programs and reengineered core systems, processes and people across the organisation.

Since then, he has executed innovative catering programs for his own clients – from global corporations through to small business enterprises.

Trevor now has the strategic perspective and creative insight to plan and implement change programs for clients in any industry sector.

Recently completing his MBA at Deakin University in 2010, he also has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and has a long list of culinary-related qualifications.
